Prior To Your Procedure: You will receive a call from our nursing staff the day before your procedure to inform you of your arrival time and to give you instructions for your upcoming procedure; and you may also receive a call from our business office staff to inform you of any copay or deductible amounts that you may be responsible for prior to your procedure. PLEASE NOTEService Dogs will be allowed in the facility, but must wait in the lobby during your procedure. No other animals will be permitted within the facility.

Patient Rights

During Your Procedure: During your procedure, we ask that your driver please remain in our lobby or outside, and be immediately available during your procedure. Your driver must have a valid license.

After Your Procedure: After your procedure you will be cared for in our Recovery Room until you are ready to be discharged home. You will be given written discharge instructions, as well as, verbal instructions for care prior to your procedure. You will be taken to your vehicle in a wheelchair once you meet our discharge criteria.
