Patients are treated with gentle progressive conditioning activities that take into account the chronic nature of each patient’s present pain and past medical history. These activities include cardiovascular training, upper/lower body stretches, strengthening, and movement strategies of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and balance training.
