Welcome to Pain Consultants of East Tennessee. Since 1998, we have helped people navigate acute and chronic pain through individualized, multidisciplinary care. Our team takes time to listen, explain treatment options, and develop a plan focused on each person’s needs, daily activities, and goals.

With offices in Knoxville and Oak Ridge, PCET brings together board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians, advanced-practice providers, and specialists in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioral health. Treatment may include medication management, rehabilitation, behavioral health support, injections, and interventional procedures when appropriate. Patients begin with a clinic evaluation. When a procedure at PCET Surgery Center is recommended, our clinic team coordinates care as part of the patient’s treatment plan.

Our Knoxville, TN Location

Our Knoxville office is PCET’s primary location, offering pain management evaluations, medication management, and office-based injections when appropriate. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioral health services are also available here. The clinic is located at 1540 Member Lane, Suite 100. PCET Surgery Center is located in the same building in Suite 110.

Our Oak Ridge, TN Location

Our Oak Ridge office serves Anderson County and surrounding communities, providing pain management evaluations, medication management, and office-based injections when appropriate. Patients who need physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral health services, or surgery-center procedures have access to those services in Knoxville. Our team coordinates care between locations based on each patient’s needs. Our Oak Ridge office is located at 575 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Suite 110.
