Rhett Butler, DNP, FNP-C

Rhett Butler, DNP, FNP-C is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, and a doctorally prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 23 years of healthcare experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Rhett served as an independent duty practitioner in the U.S. military for 14 years and has extensive experience across a variety of clinical settings, including trauma, intensive care, primary care, and urgent care. He holds certifications from the Association for Vascular Access (AVA) and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). Throughout his nursing career, he has worked in surgical trauma intensive care units, served as a vascular access specialist placing bedside PICC lines, and provided care in infusion oncology.

In his free time, Rhett enjoys attending University of Tennessee football, basketball, and baseball games, participating in outdoor activities with his family, and being an active member of the East Tennessee Corvette Club.
