Founded in 1998, Pain Consultants of East Tennessee is widely recognized as the region’s premier pain management practice and uses a multi-disciplinary approach to treating our patients’ pain. Our locations include Knoxville, TN and Oak Ridge, TN. We realize there is more to pain management than simply prescribing medication. Our multi-disciplinary approach combines traditional pain management services with minimally invasive procures, physical and occupational therapy, behavioral medicine, and industry-leading research. The PCET Surgery Center provides minimally-invasive procedures for a variety of painful conditions. In addition the PCET Express Spine Care service provides treatment options for acute back and neck pain.

Our Knoxville, TN facility serves as our primary location. Our behavioral health, physical and occupational therapy departments, and the PCET Surgery Center are all located at our Knoxville, TN facility.

Our Oak Ridge, TN Location

Our physicians and nurse practitioners see patients at our Oak Ridge, TN facility as well. Though all behavioral health, physical and occupational therapies, as well as minimally invasive procedures are conducted at our primary location in Knoxville, TN.
