Brianne Blevins, PsyD

Dr. Blevins is a licensed clinical psychologist at Behavioral Medicine Institute and practices at Pain Consultants of East Tennessee. She earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Marshall University and completed a pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Cherokee Health Systems in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Blevins has received training in integrated care with an emphasis on health psychology and the biopsychosocial model. She utilizes evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing) to assist clients to develop treatment goals and work through barriers that are impeding the person’s ability to achieve those goals. Dr. Blevins provides on-site medication risk potential and pre-surgical psychological evaluations for the patients of Pain Consultants of East Tennessee.
