Susan Daffron, FNP-BC
Susan Daffron, FNP-BC is the Clinical Administrator and a practicing Nurse Practitioner for Pain Consultants of East Tennessee. She has been with PCET since 1998. She is responsible for coordination of all clinical aspects of care at the practice. She manages the clinical staff and the clinical laboratories. She evaluates and treats chronic pain patients five days per week, and sees both new patients and established patients, in addition to her administrative responsibilities.
Susan received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with honors, and has almost 30 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings. She was a U.S. Naval nurse and has experience in the ICU and surgery settings. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, graduating summa cum laude with academic honors, and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, and Alpha Lambda Delta.
