Spinal Cord Stimulation Procedure

Living in constant pain for an extended period of time can have a devastating impact on quality of life for many patients.

Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) therapy can help manage chronic pain — even when other therapies have failed.

SCS may be prescribed for chronic intractable pain of the trunk and/or limbs, including unilateral or bilateral pain associated with the following: failed back surgery syndrome, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) Types I and II, intractable low back pain and leg pain. Many people with failed back surgeries have had success with the SCS. It is most commonly used to treat low back and lower extremity pain.
